About Me

I’m a professional writer and editor who finds joy in storytelling. I love ‘finding the story’ whether it’s through a corporate publication or a creative blog post. I also have a soft spot for editing, and a talent for spying out that typo.

I have worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in roles across communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, and government relations. I’ve worked with everyone from athletes, small business owners, corporations, politicians, and charities. I also hold a Bachelor of Journalism and Public Relations.

Outside of my professional career, I live on the northside of Brisbane with my partner, a fur child, and our newest addition, Winnie, my human child born in July 2022. After spending 6 years working in public sector roles in beautiful (yes, beautiful) Canberra, I yearned for the humidity and Queensland lifestyle again, returning to Brisbane in 2017. I spend my weekends going on adventures with my family (coffee is almost always involved) and love any opportunity to get out in my garden or to the beach.
